Caring for our people

The health and safety of our people is crucial, and this extends to our supply chain partners. We  always ensure the highest standards of safety, and support the development of our people.


Protecting the environment

We are committed to improving the energy efficiency of our processes, and optimising production and transport operations to reduce our environmental and social impact. We will use renewable resources wherever possible, and constantly explore new ways for managing raw materials and water usage.


Supporting local communities

We have a responsibility to create a better future for the local communities. We do this by working closely with them to inspire the next generation. In 2017, we launched our STEM Education Programme to encourage school children to consider a career in engineering.

Since its launch, the programme has inspired over 400 budding engineers!
