Join us as our Digital Marketing Executive and you’ll be responsible for delivering our brand message online, whether that is through high impact digital campaigns, maximising the potential of our social media or further developing our website.
As the digital-obsessed person in our Marketing team, you’ll be constantly striving to drive more – and better quality – traffic to our website, and then consistently improving the UX to keep our visitors engaged and loyal.
SEO, PPC, email marketing, organic and sponsored social media and managing digital lead generation campaigns will be part of your repertoire, as will working with the Marketing team and wider business to grab hold of opportunities to integrate digital into all Marketing campaigns and revenue-driving activity.
We’ve built a strong digital platform and have an ambitious vision for digital marketing and this role is critical in achieving that vision and supporting our growth.
A natural people person, you’ll build great relationships across the Marketing department and the wider business and quickly position yourself as the digital marketing expert.
As well as that, you’ll have a great head for data. You’ll understand the stats behind all our digital channels (from Google Analytics to social media KPIs and email open rates), and be able to translate those into valuable insight and clear recommendations to help us make our digital delivery ever more valuable for our customers.
You’ll have solid experience in a similar role, and be really comfortable with managing, developing and optimising the website. You’ll be able to demonstrate effective management of social media channels and have a good background in leading and implementing digital lead generation campaigns.
