Graduate Sales Manager

Join us as a Sales Manager on our Mabey Hire Graduate Programme. From day one, you will be on a structured programme to build your experience across our expertise, working closely with colleagues across our sales, engineering and operations teams. You will develop skills, knowledge and capabilities in generating leads and enquiries through to conversion. You will build trust and lasting relationships with internal and external customers, resulting in increased sales revenue.

Whilst on the programme, you will have access to some of the best people in the industry, as they will be your dedicated mentors and coaches, helping to train and develop you further. You will be empowered to run projects autonomously and be in a position to engage directly with our talented Sales Managers, Field Engineers, BDMs and Directors who will offer dedicated support and feedback.

As a Sales Manager, you will build strong working relationships within all functions of Mabey Hire and its customer base, to ensure the value proposition and customer experience strategy are achieved. You will be required to deliver and be measured against specific KPI’s and objectives. Working with others to develop Sales and marketing plans, understanding campaigns and metrics to support the growth and our position in the temporary works sector of the Construction market.
