To be a key part of the national account team, the voice of the customer and an expert at what you do. You’ll help us develop the long term relationships that delight our customers and ensure we maximise our potential with our key customers.
We want you to apply what you have learned and use your skills and experience to make us better at what we do. You’ll combine that with a restless nature that wants to learn new skills, suggest alternative ideas and try new approaches to win.
Day to day, you will look at how we can be more efficient at managing leads and enquiries, create and manage key commercial documents and drive, coordinate and manage our bid/framework submissions.
We are here to make our customers lives easier, so our challenge is to demonstrate the value we can bring. Whether its delivering customer presentations or successful bids/tenders – you will be at the heart of how our business delivers the value of who we are and what we can do.
A natural people person, you’ll build great relationships across the commercial team and the wider business and quickly position yourself as a customer expert.
As well as that, you’ll have a great head for data, understand the processes and best practice in tender submissions and the people you need to work with to get things done. You’ll understand our customers and what they need and develop the compelling arguments that ensure we inspire confidence.
You’ll have at least three years’ customer facing experience in a similar role, and be really comfortable with identifying the opportunity, creating the business case and managing our bid/tender process. You’ll be able to demonstrate effective commercial project management and have a good background in delighting the customer in previous roles.
