Designed for engineers, temporary works designers and site teams, the Technical File brings together key technical data, product specifications and supporting information in one convenient resource. Whether you’re looking to check equipment capacities, understand compatibilities or identify the right equipment for your application, the information is now easier to find and navigate than ever before.

The launch represents a significant investment in improving how customers access information. Rather than searching across multiple documents, users can find everything they need in a single, consistent format. The new document covers our full groundworks equipment range, from lightweight systems and trench boxes through to walers, bracing systems, trench sheets and sheet piles, as well as all our ancillaries, accessories, and safety equipment. New product imagery and CGI visuals have also been introduced throughout, making it easier to understand how the equipment will work on site.

The project has also seen the expansion of our bracing strut range, with the introduction of new 80t and 250t hydraulic struts. The additions provide greater flexibility when specifying excavation support solutions, giving customers more options to match the right equipment to the demands of each project, from smaller excavations through to more challenging applications.

Alongside the expanded range, we’ve updated the naming of our bracing struts to make it easier for customers to identify, specify and compare solutions across the range.

The Technical File forms part of a wider package of technical support available from Mabey Hire, all designed to help customers make informed decisions, improve efficiency and reduce risk throughout a project’s lifecycle. At the heart of this is our Tech Hub, which provides a single location to access and download Technical Files, product user guides, CAD and Revit files, helping customers quickly find the information they need to plan, specify and deliver temporary works projects.
