Mabey Holdings Ltd announces (18/10/19) it has concluded the sale of the Mabey ANZ business through a Management Buyout. The structure of the sale includes all employees of the Australian and New Zealand Mabey operations.
Mabey ANZ will continue to operate under the Mabey brand. Financial terms will not be disclosed.
Backed by a solid financial partner, the Australian and New Zealand businesses are now locally owned delivering ongoing security for their employees.
Mabey ANZ’s commitment to customer service and supply of innovative products will continue under the new ownership structure, with the goal of further strengthening the Mabey brand in their chosen markets.
