Mabey Hire’s Monitoring team has had a number of its services verified with RISQS – Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme – by Network Rail. This scheme formally recognises suppliers as capable providers of products and services, and is assessed by a committee of respected representatives from across the rail industry.
RISQS awarded Mabey Hire with the verification for monitoring in the following supply codes: Remote Condition Monitoring, Geotechnical Monitoring, Bridge strike Monitoring, Specialist Site Services (including Surveying) - Non-Intrusive.
Having this certification means that Mabey Hire is now RISQS verified within Network Rail’s supply chain and can be invited to tender when the railway network owner has a monitoring requirement, whether structural or environmental.

Mabey Hire is already familiar with the RISQS framework. This verification is in addition to the RISQS accreditation which the company has had in place for a number of years.
